Maryam brings to the Firm a wealth of experience, particularly in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Mediation, and Intellectual Property Rights. She has worked extensively on Corporate Insolvency Resolution process and made various research contributions in matters involving IBC, integration of mediation procedure, and related projects. She has also been actively involved in drafting various government policy recommendations in the field of legal and social justice. Maryam also regularly appears before various judicial fora across the Country including High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
