Maryam brings to the Firm a diverse range of legal expertise, with a focus on Mediation, Arbitration, Business Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and Matrimonial Disputes. She has also contributed to key research and policy initiatives in areas of Insolvency law, legal reforms and mediation. Her advisory experience spans regulatory compliance, strategic contract drafting, and conducting specialized POSH training, helping organizations ensure compliance and promote inclusive workplaces. Maryam also regularly appears before various judicial fora across the Country including High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
