With an industry experience of over 22 years in the legal practice, Mr. Leekha has successfully represented a wide spectrum of clients including banks, financial institutions, governmental authorities, infrastructure and travel companies across various judicial and quasi judicial forums. He has appeared extensively before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals (both ad hoc and institutional), as well as forums such as DRAT, DRT, NCLAT, NCLT, REAT, RERA Consumer Courts and other authorities. He has been primarily involved in corporate and commercial litigations, arbitrations, and advisory work and he is also empanelled with various banks, financial institutions, and governmental authorities. He has been actively engaged in handling complex banking and financial disputes and advising clients on enforcement, recovery strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
